About the Kitchen Garden rug
This handmade rug is tufted with a foral garden scene design. Tufted in orange, coral, sage green, mint green, pink, burgundy, blue, brick red, dark green and red rug wools.
Handmade in my garden studio with sustainably sourced RUG WOOL from the UK. This tufted rug is made from rug wool so it is hardwearing for you to walk on. Being a small size rug it would be great in your bedroom, living room or hallway. This hand made rug has a scene inspired by the Rodmarton Manor gardens with flowers in a graphic style that will make your room pop.
Its sumptuous pile is meant for walking on, mixed with bright modern tones in the rug and a thick it’s a super luxurious pile around an inch.
This tufted rug is full of life and its wild springy design is the perfect piece of functional textile art to brighten up your home and bring you joy.

- Sustainably sourced, hardwearing rug wool. I use 80/20 rug wool it is 80% natural fiber wool and other 20% is synthetic and also factors in the dyeing process. This wool blend allows the rugs to be soft but also durable.
- I tuft onto polyester backing fabric for durability.
- All my rugs are backed with natural latex made here in the UK
- I use coloured cotton herringbone tape to fix the edges and finish off the rug with a organic cotton Studio Tuft label

Vacuum regularly- Do not put your rug in the washing machine.

Want to hang your rug on the wall? Here are a few tips for styling your textile art.
-wall hangings come with ‘D’ hooks attached so you can just pop on a hook or nail already in you wall.
-I have hanging device options for you to choose from, either small square hanging blocks or a cross rug bar. I suggest the hanging blocks as they are more discrete but for a larger rug or circular rug I would suggest the cross bar for stability. Send me an email if you would like more info
-alternatively you can nail a few sturdy nails through the rug and into the wall. This doesnt damage the rug and you can fluff the pile over the nail after.
