Quick introduction to tufting and a demonstration of how the tufting gun works.
Draw design up onto backing fabric. (Design will need to be pre designed and okayed by Jessie)
Choose wools and make into yarn cakes if needed.
Trial tufting.
Start tufting own rug design.
Shearing demonstration
Trial shearing.
Shear own rug design
Glue rug.

You can cancel up to 1 month prior to the workshop with a full refund or you can move the workshop to another date. If you need to cancel with under 1 months notice and you cant move the workshop to another date then I am not able to refund unless someone else takes your place.
Learn the basics of how to tuft and make your own small tufted rug
Make your own small ‘mini’ tufted rug to take home and enjoy, use quality rug wools made for tufting and making rugs. Leave with knowledge, a new skill and a new tufted rug!
You will be making a small rug around 60 x 45 (aprox A2 size). The day will start at 10am and continue till 5pm- but not to worry if it is taking you longer to make your rug that is fine.
